Ok, let me start off by saying we come to Dollywood every June with our out-of-state family and have rented a different VRBO each time in search of the perfect one that we can come back to every year. I think we finally found that one property that fits our family perfectly! With a huge grass lawn for the little ones to run around in, perfect sleeping arrangements for all of us, and all the amenities we needed, our stay was perfect! The communication with the owners was so easy and quick - they even checked in on us by text after the first night to make sure everything was going well! The drive to Dollywood was about 25 minutes, mostly because you’re meandering through beautiful mountain roads, so it was totally worth it! The property was super clean, and loved that it was at the end of the road, all secluded and quiet! Thank you again Brian and Tracy!

We were very impressed with this property! The yard was very large. Plenty of parking with great view of mountain. Great firepit & porch! The bedrooms & family area were quite large & plenty of room for our family which was grandparents, two grown siblings, spouses, teenagers & one dog. There were plenty of extras of items we forgot provided that kept us from running to the store (examples coffee filters, aluminum foil, disposable razor for teen). The teens made a fire in the pit for smores, played cornhole & enjoyed hot tub. There was a crate provided for our dog when we went out & big basin in laundry as well. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with when we had a user error with door code. We will be back!

Had a wonderful week at this beautiful ranch in the Smoky Mountains. It was the perfect setting for quality time with our family—grandkids, parents, and pups all included! The ranch felt so homey and had everything we needed to make lasting memories. We especially appreciated how dog-friendly it was, and we were thrilled get to feed the horses. Generous hospitality from hosts. We absolutely loved our stay.

we had enjoyed vacation when i enter the place was cozy and fancy decorate outside was beautiful also we enjoyed hottub it was warmed up already we enjoyed with horses yard was huge so children played so enjoyed and as parents feel safe we saw beatiful mountain in front of house
