The house was amazing! Everything you could want was there, plus more. The outdoor space felt like a private resort. Our family had an amazing time! 10/10 recommend

Great property, the pool was amazing and any issues we had were resolved quickly by Shannon. Also the beds were probably some of the best we have slept in at a VRBO. We will definitely be coming back, our favorite property we have stayed at in Pheonix. It is truely a private resort.

The house was beautiful and the backyard was a dream come true. However the house was not cleaned well. The fridge, the appliances, and the cabinets had crumbs, spilled milk, and other things in them. . The toaster was broken, The ice maker didn't work, the blow up pump was broken, but there was another one. The back bedroom was miserable. You could barely be in there before 10pm. The pool was awesome. View was impeccable, and the hot tub was decent. Dirty and inside rock area. The shed of floaties were cool. Lots of games.

There were a number of issues that we had at this property. It was rented mainly for the "lazy river" feature so the kids could enjoy that. We were told by the pool service that the owners chose not to replace the parts needed for it to work, so basically it was just a regular pool. False advertisement. Owners also expected us to put on the pool covers every night, which is a HUGE headache as there are about 15 pieces that hook together. You cant expect guests to do that every day. We were told there was a bachelor party there the night before our stay, which resulted in a request for us to check in late. There were chew tobacco packs all over the ground surrounding the pool and jacuzzi, my husband had to spend an hour cleaning the Traeger and Blackstone grills before we could use them, they were disgusting. We also had to inform the owner that 2 separate drug items were found in the couch and window sill of the dining room. We rented the house for 7 nights, and had to call due to running out of dish soap and paper towels. When you have a rental you need to make sure there is sufficient supplies for your guests, especially when they are paying a hefty price to stay there. I usually don't post negative comments during our stays because you will always have little things to complain about, but in this case, I was definitely not pleased with our experience.
