This beautifully updated historic studio apartment is perfect for one night or several, with everything you need for a comfy stay. 3 blocks East is the University of Wyoming and 3 blocks West is the thriving downtown, full of shops and restaurants.
Such care was taken with the updates and the bathroom is so classic and inviting!
Easy self check-in with keypad entry.
We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!
Right in the middle of Laramie’s historic area and so close to UW and downtown!
There is free street parking with a spot steps away from the door.
Uber & Lyft available.
AC is available seasonally, approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

Great place for the price. Pretty, quiet location walkable to university, shops, and food. Easy on-street parking. Very clean. But there were only two pillows provided — my wife and I each wanted another. Bed was a bit small and at 6’2”, I hit my head on the wall a couple times. The very squishy mattress may not be to everyone’s liking. The TV became unresponsive and could not be turned off, though its’s possible that the problem was with Peacock. The old clawfoot tub is neat, but could be challenging for anyone with balance or mobility issues..

This is a small property for just one or two people. Big closet considering the size of the apartment. The kitchen has a disposer, a kettle, coffee maker, blender, and everything else. It is a very complete kitchen. The bathroom is big considering the size of the apartment. The tub is beautiful , but it is not for everyone. If you cannot lift your leg high, if you have balance and dizziness issues, or you cannot reach out to the other side of the tub, you won’t be able to take a shower. I did not have trouble with the tub, but I had to figure out a plan to get in and out. The shower is very easy to use. Everything is easy to use. You can walk to the Ivinson Mansion, the post office, a big grocery store, UW Union, UW Library, and the Botany. All these places are open to the public. I was able to walk to church. We loved to walk in the evenings to the local bars. Great location in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. I miss this place and I would rent it again.

As above mentioned, it's in a great location and is really cute. The bed is foam and is very low to the ground, so a bit to get used to. When we left, we put all used linens and towels in the tub for the cleaners to deal with and then we noticed the mattress cover had hair on it that wasn't ours.
We would most likely book again one more time if needed. The price and location were really good, but a bit more attention to the complete bedding would be suggested.
