Well equipped and nice layout. Game room is very nice amenity. Would strongly suggest moving the thermostat into the main level bedroom. Great room is several degrees colder than bedrooms and makes them very warm during the night. Plus great room can be easily heated with fireplace.

We adored our time in Banner Elk at this adorable cottage. There was plenty of room for family to spread out and the beds were comfortable. The owner was on top of comms and the view is sweet. Would stay here again.
