Absolutely conformed to on-line description. No surprise as to building and neighborhood as we had stayed at The Grand before. But, in our ten years of visiting Miami/South Beach, we had never found an apartment so welcoming to its guests. Full sets of dishware, cookware, glassware, silverware (all very unusual in our previous experience); More than sufficient (and clean) sheets, towels, etc. We were impressed with things we didn't even need or use (beach chairs, toys and games, beach umbrella, christmas tree). Very modern coffee makers and air fryer. Tools, batteries, office supplies, dish and clothes detergents, even toiletries. BTW: we had never given a 5-star review before.

The views from this condo are outstanding. There is no building blocking your view of Biscayne Bay for at least a third of a mile. The balcony extends to the entire width of the condo. There is access off of the master bedroom, second bedroom and living room. Light colored marble floors are gorgeous and the rooms are especially spacious due to the layout. The condo is super clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was responsive, friendly and most accommodating. There is a huge beautiful park next to the building, which has volleyball, tennis, kids play area, fenced doggie park, and more. For someone who admittedly has very high standards about my environment, I can't say enough about this condo.
