There were 6 adults in our party and felt the place was roomy and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. I did not notice any thermostats to control heating or air conditioning but luckily the weather was cool for Labor Day weekend so that wasn't an issue. I would have liked to see more seating in the living room area. There was an L shaped sectional only and so all six of us couldn't sit and watch TV. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay there again.

Great location and very clean place to stay! Located right across the street from the Lake. Slept 6 adults and 3 toddlers with ease.

The location was great, easy to get everywhere we wanted. Is really close to the dam and a swimming beach. A peaceful place to stay. Seen a deer walking down the street on the second night. And very spacious.

We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). The house was well equipped and had little extras like soap and flossers available. We contacted the host, Mariah, following our first night to ask for the air conditioning to be turned down just a few degrees, and she was immediately responsive and accommodating. The public spaces of the house (essentially one big room) are comfortable and decently furnished, and there are fun touches like indoor and outdoor games provided. Definitely recommend this property; we enjoyed our stay very much!
