I want to first off by saying, Lance is amazing !! I am an extensive traveler with VRBO and Lance is the Host with the Most. The host and their immediate and initial interaction sets the tone for your VRBO experience. What you see as advertised is what you get and much more. This Condo is vacationers paradise. Its on the beach with a 360 view, its clean comfortable, quiet and spacious. My first time in Cartagena, was perfect due to my comfortability, safety and the excellent hospitality of my host Lance and his staff. Dont hesitate when you come across this amazing gem of a living space. This is the place to be.

Cartagena Colombia This place is a gem. Our host Lance was receptive, available, and very helpful. He helped us to fully enjoy our ten day vacation. The two bedroom condominium was clean and in excellent condition just a few feet away from the beach.The location was perfect—getting around was easy, with Uber rides costing about 5 to most places we wanted to go.My boyfriend and I felt like we were living first class on a dime in Colombia. If you enjoy Spanish colonial history dating back to the 1500s, friendly people, and very affordable prices, Cartagena is an amazing destination.We would absolutely stay with Lance again on our next visit!

The apartment we stayed in was in La Boquilla on the north side of Cartagena and was wonderful. We were on the 9th floor and had a beautiful ocean view from the living room and the master bedroom. The apartment was very well supplied with everything you could need for your stay including laundry soap, Bluetooth speakers, beach chairs, and towels. We enjoyed the sunset every night from the balcony and watching the kite surfing during the day. The location is outside of Cartagena, and it is a 15-minute Uber ride into the walled city. The shopping is limited in that area as well as dining options. I would recommend planning a grocery trip into Cartagena at the beginning of your trip to get everything you need. Also, plan your trips into the Walled city to include dinner if you enjoy eating out.Lance, the owner, was great. He kept in communication with us the entire time and had the manager meet us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spotless, it has everything that you could need for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach at your doorstep, lance recommended a person to help is at the beach and that made everything easier. And also the small store next door to the building is very hands for water and snacks. We will be sure to come back.
