The location of this residence could not be better to explore the lovely area of Bluffton. Our hosts were always in communication with us. We found the home full of amenities and was very clean. I highly recommend this unit.

What a treat it was to stay at Promenade Place - A perfect 10! Sue and Sean are excellent hosts, very welcoming and engaging, and were just as excited as we were about our stay. The accommodations are magnificent! Spacious, clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. You can't beat the location, and it is an excellent value. My new favorite, and it will be yours too!

Woman renting adjacent condo constantly comes about our 10 lb dog. Was listed as”pet friendly “and was not. I ended up staying at home most of the time bc neighbor would complain even though she had blasting music and guests until 1am. Once she left everything was fine for the last week!
