The condo was clean and well stocked with toiletries and dishes. It had a good view of the ocean. The location is great and is in walking distance of the restaurants.

Clean, easy and great beach access. Walkable to food options. Private pier is cool too! Simple and all you need for a quick beach weekend.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience staying here. It’s a little smaller than the pictures made it look but that wasn’t really an issue. It could have been a little cleaner in my opinion. I went to clean up a spill very shortly after we got there, and the swiffer mop head was almost super dirty after just cleaning the hallway area. Which makes it clear to me that the floors are not mopped after each guest and I think that should be part of the cleaning routine between each guest. It’s a small place so a good mopping wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. Most everything else looked clean but the dirty floor makes me question how well things really were cleaned. The dishwasher was also still full when we got there so we had to run it again since we didn’t know if the dishes were clean or not. It’s in a great location in relation to the beach and restaurants though and we didn’t have to drive too much which was nice. Access to the pier was great too. Also you only get one parking pass which is something I didn’t know until booking the place since it’s in the small print.
