The property was perfect for our family of 14. The lower level was like a motel corridor with 5 spacious bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The main level held a master suite including a bathroom. There was also a second large bathroom on the main level. Kitchen and dining table are well equipped and fitted our large group. We all enjoyed the long deck with the hot tub and bbq. We will definitely use this property again next time we have our family reunion in Tahoe!

Great host, very responsive. Nice place for a family reunion.

We were a family of 12 having a reunion here. Things we appreciated: Nobody had to sleep in a bunk bed! The beds were comfortable. The dining room table accommodated most of the 12 of us at the same time. The property is quiet and well-situated to hiking/biking trails. The hot tub is well cared for and a nice treat at the end of the day. The pool table was enjoyed by all. The home has terrific heating - everyone was comfortable. The 4 bathrooms were convenient, and there was plenty of hot water for the group. The communication by our hosts was the best I've ever experienced on VRBO: outstanding and responsive (answered questions, brought us extra trash bags, reimbursed us for WD-40 for a squeaky door, etc.) Washer and dryer availability was great.Need for improvement: The kitchen is well-equipped but disorganized with older cupboards that feel a bit fragile. The front entryway closet is cluttered and disorganized. We didn't stay in the winter, but we're unclear where people would store skis, etc. The bedrooms downstairs are quite a bit darker than they appear in the photos. Other information: There is no ADA access to the house or within. The primary bedroom and 2 baths are upstairs with the kitchen and living space, but all other bedrooms and 2 baths are downstairs. There's no garage. Convenient to shopping and beaches/lake, as well as to Truckee (20 min drive).Overall: good value for the cost, especially for a large group.

House was ok, needs a bit of TLC and overall cleaning. BBQ was burn out couldn't use, alot of lights burn out, 2 smoke detectors started chirping changed one of the batteries. Couch was horrible, slid on floor when you would sit in it. Would be a good house just needs some updating.
