Tons of room for large group of 12. The two kitchens was a bonus as lots of fridge space. Golf cart included was great to take trips to the beach area!

The house was spacious and equipped but lacked cleanliness. Cobwebs in kitchen and master bathtub. Carpets were very soiled and sofas and cushions had a stale smell. The kitchen appliances, pots and utensils were worn and needed cleaning before use. The BBQ had not been cleaned. The fireplace was strictly ornamental and the TVs were very small. On the plus side, it had a huge balcony with a lovely view and the community is beautifully landscaped and maintained throughout.
