Great Beach vacation home to accommodate large family!!! Our family enjoyed this spacious home, with plenty of room for everyone, and the pool was warm and refreshing. The kitchen had what we needed for a family that cooked every day. If you enjoy cooking, you may want to bring a few sharp knives, as the ones provided were a bit dull. The host was great and came on Monday to promptly address a couple of small issues with a fan and the vacuum. We also greatly appreciated having access to the elevator for our parents, which made their stay much more comfortable. One small area for improvement would be housekeeping. Overall, the home was well maintained, but the bedrooms and showers could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. This did not take away from our overall experience, and we still had a wonderful stay.We would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a spacious and comfortable place to vacation together. Thank you so much to our host for accommodating our family!

Host did not respond to inquiries. The house was not clean. Floor had sand all over them. And the bathrooms were not clean to the standard of the house. The house it self was very nice. Loved the open main floor. Had plenty of room. Love all bedrooms had their own bath. Would stay again only if the house was cleaned as you would expect.

Great location with easy walk to beach if not taking the golf cart shuttle. My only complaint would be that in a house this size for the price, more dish towels or garbage bags would have been provided.

Pros...House was very nice, modern and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. It was great having a bathroom in every bedroom. Nice washer and dryer. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook with. Cons...- Steps leading to the house and the front porch needed sweeping. Very dirty and full of leaves was the first impression. - The floors were so dirty you could not walk barefoot or in socks without them getting filthy.- The air conditioner stopped working two separate days. Tony did bring us fans which was nice but still hot. Then it happened again a couple of days later.- If you are planning to stay more then a few days you need to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap and beach towels.- The kitchen only had two kitchen towels...not enough. I went out and bought more and left them there. Hopefully, they will be there for the next people.- The ad says the pool is heated but it was not. It also needed to be cleaned of leaves on the bottom.- There is zero condiments in the house not even salt and pepper. You must bring everything. This would have been fine if we had known ahead of time.
