This is a beautiful home and an easy short distance to the beach. We love how close the town of Seaside is - just a short walk to restaurants and shopping!

Fantastic home with incredible views!

Location is amazing being just a short walk from Seaside and having the ocean in your backyard. However, the house looks like it has been used a lot and not very well maintained. The house is run down and several bathrooms had issues from no cold water in one sink to a shower not properly working in another. Also, the house did not feel as clean as it should have considering the high cleaning fees and for a luxury rental in general. There are a lot of bedrooms so ideal for a big group. We booked a bonfire and it was easy for them to setup close to the house. Again, amazing location but would not stay there again due to conditions and cleanliness of the home.
