Absolutely beautiful property and the owners were fantastic with communication. Everything listed is spot on. Great extra amenities and the outdoor kitchen is terrific. We did not want to leave and will hopefully be back very soon. The view is ridiculous.

The location is absolutely beautiful! Only thing. I wish they would send check in info a bit earlier. Once we landed on St Thomas we didn't have service to get the email so it was a little confusing. But we figured it out - we just had to roam.David gave us lots of answers about the ferry, car rentals, and what beach items were provided at the property. It was such a special vacation spot! Thank you!

A beautiful house: clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was the ideal base for exploring St. John!

This house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay in St John. But we were unable to use the third bedroom and the gym. They both had a very strong mildew smell, the third bedroom had a dehumidifier but it wasn’t keeping up. The gym had a mildew smell that was so strong we could smell it from the parking pad with the gym doors closed. The housekeeper came over the first day and cleaned the walls and smell was gone. However as soon as doors and windows were closed again for a/c the smell came back. Fortunately we had 2 children that were content with an air mattress in the living room and we stayed in the house. If we would have needed the other bedroom would have needed to find another accommodation. I hate to give bad reviews but in this case feel that people need to make sure this problem is resolved before they rent the home.
