Heather was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment is very cute and pictures match. Easy to get to all our activities. The bed is quite firm, which I liked and my husband didn't. Our kiddo loved the queen bed and slept like a log. Lol It was well stocked. They are pretty quiet upstairs, only heard people a couple of times. The smoke alarm definitely works. Husband isn't used to electric ranges and had a little smoke from cooking potatoes.

This property was easy to get to in a nice neighborhood. Heather was very prompt with communication.

The location was great because I didn't have a car. Several sets of the upstairs guests were very noisy late at night (1:30 AM). Also when the first sets of upstairs guests were running the A/C the heat was sucked out of the lower suite by the return air duct making the suite very cold in spite of the heaters. As the weather cooled later guests ran the heat upstairs which was better for downstairs.
