The place and property were wonderful. The house was very spacious. It was a very hot time but the air conditioning worked exceedingly well even upstairs. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The gas grill worked well with an extra tank standing by The pool was amazing with crystal clear water and plenty of deck space! It was nicely protected with a very sound fence The view behind the house was beautiful rolling cattle pastures with a couple of barns in view. The yard was nice and parking was plentiful. I hope to return again

Our family stayed in both the Holland Cottage and Holland Acres over the 4th of July. My review on the Holland Cottage was meant for both properties. The cottage is a very sweet place for the seniors to be away from the bustle of the younger families, but in this case it was a nice retreat for one family that flew into CVG late at night. Our entire family loved the property and amenities. Our family was poolside while we were at the house between excursions to Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Mammoth Caves.Highly recommend this host and these properties.

Had a great time during our stay it was a great laid back spot for our family

The home and property are beautiful! Loved hearing and watching the cows.few minor things we found but nothing that ruined our stay! Would definitely stay again!!
