This is our new vacation spot. The location is perfect, as well, so everyone has something fun to do. Want to just chill on the beach or lounge by the pool? It's right there. There is a huge balcony with an electric grill in case weather keeps you inside for a bit or older folks want the beach feel without all that beach. Older kids need to find a fun place to party? Walk right down the road and find live music and great food in a safe location. Kids want to jet ski or parasail? Right around the corner. There is also a free trolley bus that runs every 30 minutes so no worries about anyone drinking and driving. The parking lot is gated with a fob key access only. And, of course, The Grand Marlin is a mile away. I highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed our stay in this great condo. Extra large balcony was so nice!

We had the most relaxing beach vacation ever! The condo was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The covered porch was awesome and made it possible to spend most of our time outdoors. Loved every minute

Great location. Kitchen and appliances very nice. Bathrooms good. Some interior furniture dirty. Inconsistency in how TVs worked, quality of picture. Balcony furniture, accent pieces a mess. Very dirty, disrepair. Some interior walls badly scuffed. Nails sticking out of master BR door frame.
