The property was clean, amenities were very good. Instructions to property especially access to room location, code and WiFi was inaccurate and poorly communicated. There was a couple who pointed us in the correct direction after they had been searching 3 hours for their unit. This is an area for improvement!!!!

We received a great deal of assistance from our host in navigating the app and addressing difficulties we were having with property access. She was amazing. The unit itself fully met our expectations and we had a restful and relaxing experience! We hope to have an opportunity to visit the unit again in the future.

Location to the Baytowne Village was great. Short walk to get there. The unit we stayed in was very clean but it really needs an update. Especially the carpeting. With a King size bed it would have been nice too have additional pillows already on the bed.
