Clean, cozy home, and conventionally located. Host were super responsive. We will definitely rebook this location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The owners were super responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, well equipped (lots of pots and pans in the kitchen, towels for the bathroom and hot tub). The location was great - 15-20 minutes from Asheville, 30ish to Hendersonville 40-ish to Brevard, Lake Lure, etc. It was perfect for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to be. The game room was a little hot (there's not really a vent that gets air out there) but it was also a thousand degrees outside. You'll just want to play games in the morning or after the sun goes down in the summer. If you're looking for a home base that is central to a lot of holes and attractions where you can be comfortable, this is a great option.

This place is a cottage listed as a house therefore the price was more expensive. As a house I give a rating of 4.2 as it was clean, good location and had everything needed for a family and a pup. However if this was listed as a cottage with the lower price then I would rate this as a 5 star location. We enjoyed the place and would probably stay again at the cottage price.

Excellent stay and property. There was a small hiccup at check-in that Phillip was very attentive to. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
