Very reasonable and priced favorable for guests. Clean and spacious. Outside painting would improve the physical appearance.

The host was excellent in response to some issues. Several of them were resolved extremely quickly. Apparently previous guests had departed with the silverware and mixing bowls.Very convenient location to all of our functions. (baseball tournament)First impressions of the side porch and access door was not great. (needs painting)But, once inside, it was clean with very nice modern modifications to a classic old Victorian style house. The interior accurately matched the posted images on Vrbo.

Amazing stay. Also had to check out late and the host made exceptions for that which was massively appreciated.

The pictures reflect the interior of the house and it was very spacious for our extended family. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. Wraparound porch was inviting, although some wood needs replacing. Kitchen has new appliances although there was not a washer dryer. We had a bit of trouble getting into the house but eventually figured it out. The hot tub was functional but is only accessible by walking around the front to get to the side of the house. If you plan on cooking, you may want to reach out to owners to determine their available kitchenware.
