Very nice place in Kihei. Good sunset views from the lanai. Condo unit, building and grounds well maintained. Would book a stay again if ever in Kihei.

It was a great unit and great location. Easy access to the beach and close to everything. After a nasty storm and power outage our AC unit had a bad leak that was remedied immediately. Service and contact with the listing agency was phenomenal. Will definitely be back!!

Location is the selling point. The unit is a bit tired. Rug in living room is dirty and should be replaced.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The staff CB Island Vacations are great to deal with, I contacted them frequently(sorry guys) they are quick to respond.
The Location of Akahi is good, central to Kihea.
I wouldn't stay at Akahi again, not a fan of the high-rise feel, did not feel like a vacation.
The Unit was tired and in need of an overhaul. Colours are dark and dated. Cabinets doors(where the handles sit) are grungy with age. Furniture is outdated, from a garden centre I'd wager. Pillows flat and worn out. The sofa was nice though, felt new. The shower head was nice as well, a large rainhead.
