Beautiful, immaculate well appointed house in a very quiet area along the shores of Lake Memphremagog. Incredible views into Canada, room for everybody, and very easy to get to Newport Center by car or boat. The owner does rent his boat via Boatsetter.com, so that’s a plus. One really nice thing is the beds. They have firm, newer mattresses and soft high quality bedding. This is not your typical scratchy cottage sleep experience. Very very nice. Lots of fire flies at night and a fire pit for making smores. Great for stargazing on clear nights. The AC was most appreciated during the latest heatwave.

House was super clean, Breath taking views, the host went above and beyond to accommodate our special needs. I highly recommend this amazing home

Very accommodating and helpful when it came to checking in and checking out, very good communication

We rented this house for a week in August and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. The property was great! Plenty of lake frontage to dock a boat and a separate area for swimming. Good communication with the owner, who was very helpful. Just a really nice, peaceful place to spend our vacation!
