Overall stay was very good! and view of the property was beautiful, and house was a good size for our party of 4, many more than that parts would have been a little tight. I would say the road to get to the house is 1 mile of gravel, and the driveway has a bit of a hill. while our malibu did okay in it, I would have felt a lot more comfortable in an SUV so keep that in mind depending on the vehicle you drive. Also read the instructions carefully, while it was spelled out very clearly, we assumed the bigger house was the one we were staying in vs the smaller one when we got there- not deceiving in the listing at all or the instructions just once you got there, read all the pages. Although the door was a little hard to find too even from the instructions.

Perfect place for our family to stay for a local graduation! Mike & Lindsey were easy to work with. The house was very clean. The views and outdoor areas were beautiful. The fire pit and s'mores were a hit! A visit to Carpenter Falls was worth working into our schedule, as well as spending time in Skaneateles. Amazing weekend retreat!
