We had a wonderful stay at Bear Pause. The cabin was perfect for our getaway. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. We loved having the fireplace for the cool days. The bedroom(s) and living room were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for cooking and staying in. The hot tub, grill, & fire pit, were great and we especially loved being beside the creek with the sound of rushing water. The location was perfect for exploring nearby Blue Ridge and Elijay. Amy was a great communicator, very helpful & available to answer questions. Checking in & out went smoothly. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Cabin was great. The outside area was dirty and only provided 2 chairs by the fire pit and one was cracked. There was 4 of us staying there. That was disappointing. Everything was great. Thanks

Really neat place. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The creek is really nice and calm enough to allow children to play in -- The sound of the water can't be beat!

Cabin was too dark, kitchen especially. Steps and rails don't meet code Pile of dirt in the middle of the driveway caused us to walk thru a muddy area every time we left and returned.
