This is a great location and was as described. The kitchen is stocked with the basics only and could use a fresh sponge for each renter. Towels and linens could also use updating. We had a guest but there was no parking pass for the guest parking spaces. He had to park offsite. The unit was clean and cutely decorated.

Very convenient condo for Venice. Walk to the South Jetty. Very close to downtown Venice and all it has to offer. Great sunset views down by the pool. Clean and well appointed.

When we arrived there was only 1 light in both bathrooms. 3 lights were out in each. There was not any hot water to take a shower. The water was luke warm. The water pressure in the second bath was horrible and the water never got warm enough to take a bath. It was good we didn't need that extra bathroom for our stay. When I reached out Olga responded quickly and they were there the next day to fix the hot water and the lights Didn't notice the issues with the other bath until later in the week. It was not worth contacting as I just continued to use the main shower. All of these issues should have noticed before we got there. All in all we would stay there again.Olga communication was great and she responded quickly.
