Lovely condo would come here every year without question but they wouldn’t let me turn the refrigerator off and I have a huge sound sensitivity. The place other than that is perfect. Great location shaded from the sun patio. Lovely

We really liked this property in every way. The location has so many advantages. Being on the ground floor, with parking just outside along with a private lanai with direct access to the pool and ocean. The condo was outfitted with all the necessities and comforts of home in every room. Having air conditioning was a definite bonus. There is a common space laundry available not in the condo. We enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and restaurants. When we encountered a routine unexpected issue, the property managers responded and sprang to action immediately. They were next level on their customer service and made things right for us. We would definitely go back without hesitation as the space checked all the boxes for us. The unit itself was actually nice. But there was construction going on upstairs from 9a-5p each week day that basically made the unit uninhabitable. It was incredibly loud with pounding, sawing, and scraping. Plus the workers were young guys having fun shouting at each other and enjoying their work. I don't fault them for that but it was loud. We went for the tranquility of the scene and the construction destroyed that. We learned the construction has been going on for a long time yet we were not informed of it until it was too late to cancel nor were we given a real description of how disturbing it would be. I wouldn't rent this unit again.
