Fair

The hotel was good considering the location and the price. We didn’t have much issues besides a cockroach or two did show up during our stay. Communicating with the hotel was simple and easy. Overall, I would book this place again.

Have stayed in a number of Mark Howard’s properties. Excellent host always good communication and prompt response if any issues arise

It is in a nice area, the check-in was very easy, and the people were very friendly. They also have a nice tenth floor deck to sit on. That said, a map showing the various available parking areas would be very beneficial. Also, there should be a sign in front of the hotel saying "loading zone" rather than just "no parking" signs. The microwave was non-functional, and when they did replace it they left the old one in place and just put the new one on an already small counter. The new one hung over the sink by about 3 in, and it also looked like it had been dropped on the hinge side of the door. The bottom of the door was busted and the door on that side was pushed up. Both of those are safety issues.
