We love to sip coffee and look out the large antique glass windows from the upper balcony sitting room observing the eclectic Grant St Buffalo, NY neighborhood.

Our guests love to get to know the wonderful people in this 86 Walk Score community.

"7-11," restaurants, groceries, deli, butcher, and Sweetness_7 Coffee Shop are all within a 2 minute walk.
