The place was better than what I expected. It was very clean and very spacious. All that is needed is an accordion gate for the top of the stairs. We had two babies under the age of one. The front yard was quite moist with the well constantly spilling water. However it was nothing that bothered our stay. Overall we had and excellent time and would recommend to family and friends.Thank You

The house was clean and well kept, comfortable beds and plenty of blankets and throws for lounging.

Spacious, areas in the house. It was close to the things we wanted to do at both Higgens and Houghton Lake.

We stayes for 5 nights. Our parents have a cabin in higgins lake and this location was perfect. Two seperate living areas upstairs and downstairs. Helped us divide the big and little kids with their own alloated space. Beautiful views and would definetly book again.
