Live the property, very peaceful and close to the beach! We had a. Amazing stay.

Airy, super clean home on a canal. Very pleased with the property. Confused that it is listed as “dog-friendly” but has a sign on front door stating “no smoking, no pets”. Since we didn’t bring our dog it wasn’t a problem, but was confusing. Check in and check out were super easy. Surprised that a house with beds for 9 people didn’t have more glasses and coffee mugs, but we made do. The lazy Susan in the middle of the table was great for game playing as well as passing food during meals.

Recently stayed with my three teenage sons and one of their friends at this location. Four bedrooms and a large living room gave us a room to spread out. Really cool back dock to hang out or watch a few fish under the lights. I had a boat which I parked in the driveway. As long as the street is not too crowded parking was easy. This is a great condo in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a great location and the island is a great place to visit. The property is past it's prime and needs some work to be nice again. Upon arrival you are met with a swarm of mosquitoes and the smell of death from the trash sitting next to the front door for over a week. The house has almost everything provided in the descriptions but it is all well used and dated. Cleanliness was good for a once over but a deep clean could be done. Maintenance was lacking. From the AC filter that hadn't been changed in months to the back deck nearing collapse, the property needed work. Also, with a family there is no deadbolt or latch on the front door, just a standard door handle with a code from the outside. Anyone with the code or a tool could come in at anytime.
