Overall the property in terms of price, location, and amenities was great. The check in/check out process was smooth. We were delayed getting into the unit (past 4pm) and the unit was a bit dirty when we got in (food remnants on the floor and dirty towels left). Unfortunately there was a boil water in effect while we were there as well. We did not get great communication around that from the property/host.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and th property was comfortable and lovely. HOWEVER! Don't do what I did! Be sure to read the full description of the property. There is NO ELEVATOR for this building. We had a very tough time with my 80 year old parents. I made a bad assumption that a multi-level building would have an elevator just by looking at pictures, but it does not.

The location was fine, closest building to the beach, which is what we were there for. However, the unit was on the third floor, which we knew, but we also anticipated an elevator, rather than having to carry heavy luggage up four flights of stairs. Check-in/check-out were both easy.

Dissapointed to have my reservation cancelled by owner the day before arrival even for good reason. Full refund issued but we had already driven fom NH to GA. Alternatives offered to us were unacceptable.
