Great house in a great location. Pool was great. Perfectly described.

The home served our needs well. Bedroom and bathroom spaces were ideal. Living area and open kitchen area to dining was great. Beautiful screened-in porch. Only complaint was we didn’t use the private pool with the home, looks like it needs some refurbishment. Family preferred using the community pools. But location of the home was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was adorable and very charming. It was decorated well and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Absolutely loved it had a screened porch and second floor balcony. Although we did not use the pool it was a great bonus to have since many properties do not have private pools. The location is very close to the beach and overall it’s convenient to everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities. It’ does have some wear and tear but overall a beautiful home. The pool in the backyard needs a little love but the major problem is nosy next door neighbors that must live there as a permanent residence . Our children had a noise complaint at 9pm for being in the back yard by pool. Neighbors took it upon themselves to yell at them and creep through the bushes in the dark and scared our children. They even called the police . Police didn’t even know why they were even called b/c it was so quiet and left. It’s obvious that these neighbors don’t like renters and majority homes on this street are rental properties.
