Bob was an excellent host and kept us well informed. Look forward to coming back!

This is a beautifully decorated and maintained condo. It’s very clean and is the most well equipped beach condo we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is amazing. The Pelican Beach property is modern and very well maintained as well. The pools are very nice and we enjoyed the tiki bar. 10/10 for sure!

Best Vacation Ever. 5 stars doesn’t seem like enough, if I could give 10 I truly would! The condo, the property, the beach, the views are beyond amazing. Bob the owner was a 10 out of 10 as well! Highly recommend and hope to be back again and again! Thanks Bob for sharing your paradise with us!

Our room was great, the owner was fantastic and responsive. However, if you expect to go to the beach and have any view of the ocean- select a different property or be prepared to pay lots of money for the vendors umbrella and chair set up. They have the beach lined with 3 rows of chairs and umbrellas, but the price per day or week is outrageous. They will not allow you to set up in front of their set ups and you will be yelled at by the man selling access to move. You can sit behind them, but you will not be able to see the ocean. It was disappointing, but overall the stay was awesome and the balcony overlooking the beach is beautiful. I do recommend this property if you don’t care about not sitting by the water or have lots of money to spend to get the “front row access”. Everything else regarding the room and owner was great.
