Perfect for what we needed. 1920s home with tons of character, in a great location, and with a great common area for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Communication was a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to the historic area.

We loved our stay here. We spent three nights in Saint Augustine and absolutely loved it. The house was so cute and perfectly located. We were able to walk to just about everything that we wanted to do within the historic district. The house was very clean and surprisingly well stocked. The hosts were very kind and informative. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time! This is such a charming house - in the perfect location. Easily walkable to all the sites. The two nights we spent here were SO quiet! Even though You’re only 2 blocks from the action, we all commented on how quiet it was! We were there for a concert over at the AMP, which was an easy drive. The AMP itself is an incredible venue - small enough to feel intimate, but big enough to draw decent acts - parking couldn’t be easier, and with a constant beach breeze -it was amazing! We’ll be back. Thank you for a great weekend!

Really enjoyed our stay! Location is great, very walkable neighborhood and quiet despite being so close to tourist attractions. Place is clean, feels homey, and the beds are very comfortable (not too soft). Would stay here again!)
