Overall, our trip was great. The property was clean and well kept. The property was quiet and family friendly. The only downside was the splash pad was freezing and our kids could not enjoy it, unfortunately.

We loved our stay. The room was clean and easy to access. No issues! We had a great fall break.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything about splash.

I probably would not stay there again. There was mildew in both bathrooms, the trash can was very dirty, no one even wiped off the top on the inside where it was against food thrown away. yuck! The railings outside and the door leading outside was full of mildew. All the rails were clean but my unit.
