Wonderful rental! The location is convenient to everything and we rode our bikes almost everywhere we went. We loved the layout of the house; there are two huge patio doors that open on to the pool and it feels like the entire house is part of the outdoors. It also made it so easy to keep an eye on our grandchildren when they were in the pool. The comfy patio seating area was a favorite for everyone in the evening and we watched a movie out there almost every night. Hubby, son and grandsons fished from the dock and caught lots of different types of fish. We also had a dolphin come by one morning trying to catch a fish and it zoomed right up by the dock to catch it! We had our dog with us and I appreciated how welcoming Julie was about him. Many pet friendly rentals say they are "pet friendly" but it seems like they are begrudgingly allowing pets rather than welcoming them. She also answered all communications and questions very promptly. We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic time in a wonderful neighborhood! The host was exceptional, and the property exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this experience!

The house was beautiful and clean. Only 4 cable channels available on the TV. Old trash in outdoor bin. Foul odor in kitchen sink. Owner is very nice but property manager was rude and unhelpful.
