Great location, great hosts - house as presented.

The home is very nicely laid out and designed. The main living space is open and spacious. The lighting is terrific. There is a nice electric fireplace, a sonos speaker, and large tv.
The 5 bedrooms are spread around with varying views of the surrounding woods. Each room has its own privacy and uniqueness.
The whole house is new and immaculate. Communications with the owner were quick and helpful. The location of the home is good - a quick drive to East Hampton or Sag Harbor. We did not use the pool or jacuzzi, since it was Winter, but the outdoor area is very nice. 5 Star Rating!
