Reviewer Comments:
Great Location! You can see the water from the master bedroom. Upgrades to the home were very nice, especially the kitchen and master baths. Amenities and furniture were also great!

The good: new house, good sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, big kitchen and family room, close to the beach, walking distance to everything in Dewey, nice front porch and side deck. Nick the owner was super nice and very accommodating. The bad: there is an separate owners house on the lot and that house was occupied our entire stay, driveway parking is reserved for the owners house, The front porch is cramped with a large table, it would be better if one of the L sofa;'s from the side porch was moved to the front port
