Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience staying in this house! It’s got plenty of space and everything you need. The walk to the beach is short and easy, plus you can see the beach from the porches. The property manager, Gail, was super nice and welcoming. The ice machine in the kitchen was a huge plus! We will definitely be back!

Great location, quick walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our large multifamily group. Comfortable beds, lots of room. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful with returning a forgotten item after we left.

We enjoyed our stay here - house was clean and had great views of the beach between the houses. The walk to the beach was short and easy (great for kids and all their stuff!) We brought our own Keurig machine and the grill was a small charcoal one, but other than that the house had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Overall great house for a large family! We would definitely love to come back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, lovely views, spacious, but NOT clean. Coastal View Vacations charges a steep cleaning fee but doesn't guarantee it will meet your expectations. Sheets were dirty and overall house wasn't clean; dead bugs embedded in couch. No refunds on the cleaning fee but instead will suggest the cleaning crew come out to reclean and/or bring new sheets. With such a high cleaning fee, renters expect the rental to be clean upon arrival. We were disappointed but made the best of it. Would not recommend.
