The unit a was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. It has been beautifully redecorated after the hurricanes. Our grandchildren squealed with joy when they saw their bedroom. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the well loved Barbie dolls in the living room cabinet. The lanai was very comfortable with the seating and the view is stunning. I have been coming to Sanibel for many years and there is nothing not to like about this condo. These owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable.

We had reserved a condo in another complex; getting down to the wire we found out it might not be ready for our week--here comes the anxiety... Then Kelly provided a few other options to choose from and we ended up staying in a new (to us) complex, and the condo exceeded expectations. Great condo layout--the rooftop access was a wonderful bonus. Select Vacations made check in/out easy and convenient and made sure we had the information we needed ahead of time. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of our Sanibel stay! It was great to be back on Sanibel and gulf front. The condo is well appointed, and still in the process of being updated - with some blinds needing hung, and items on the porch needing updated. . We did have some maintenance issues while there - staff good about responding, but were delayed due to holiday. Because of Hurricane, no-see-ums are very prevalent as well as other bugs this summer.
