Only negative was the patio furniture. Didn't look like the pictures, and the cushions were do worn out, they were basically unusable. Still, would stay here again.

we booked for a cheer competition & will definitely be staying here again! everything was as described & when an issue with wifi connectivity arose upon arrival, the host responded immediately with a resolution! the pool & lazy river are perfect for younger children, the deepest part was 4ft so my 8yo could reach everywhere which eased some of my anxiety around water. unfortunately, it rained for the majority of our trip, but the times we did make it to the beach were super easy thanks to the skywalk!

As to be expected. Clean room, efficient communication, pool access and beach access were great. Property itself could have done better about signage about non smoking/smoking areas. Family friendly.

We have stayed in several Dest West properties and this was by far our least favorite. The room was not very clean, in the bathroom off the bunks there was water damage on the walls, the ceilings in both the livingroom and down the hall looked as though they also had some water damage. The fold out bed in couch is broken, making it impossible to sleep on. The rug in the livingroom looked like it had never been cleaned. All around the place was not what I was hoping for. We would not stay in this unit again. The picture were edited to make this place look my nicer and larger than it is in person.
