Great place, great host!

This is an exceptionally well appointed property for downtown. We have stayed down here dozens of times, and have seen it all. Modern furniture, super comfortable beds. Great hot water. Location great. Free designated parking spot, perfect. We travel to Atlanta regularly for work, and would have no qualms about renting property from this owner again.Sometimes we need a larger space for a larger group so I will be looking at all this owners properties.

The host was fantastic - very quick responses and very helpful with any questions I had. As another review has mentioned, the shower water can only be boiling hot or freezing cold. The building itself definitely needs some TLC so just be aware of this before you arrive and I felt slightly nervous there with young children, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good location with reasonable walking distance to the Olympic Park area, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, etc. Condo was pretty clean when we checked in. Area and building are dated, but condo itself was small and decent with a good view. Bathroom is very small and we had some issues with the shower, were really unable to use it all. Have reached out to owner who will hopefully fix it for the next guests. AC unit was in only one of the bedrooms. My room was ok, but in the summer that room will be very hot.
