mstr bedroom ceiling fan didnt work. Air vent in guest bedroom with queen bed rattles when air conditioning was on. Also queen bed in guest room rattles when laying on it. Pool was warmer on last night of our stay. Colder at beginning of our stay. Kitchen appliances were well stocked but need to spices need to replenished.

The house isn’t a fantastic location and is well suited for a small family. It’s well equipped with all the supplies anybody would need for a vacation. If you’re there for a while, you might wanna bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as you might run out. There is an alarm on the back door to the pole area for safety and a coded lock on the front door and gate. Unfortunately they’re set to different numbers so it becomes a little confusing. The location is very close to Disney, perhaps a 10 minute drive. It’s in a neighborhood so there are also stores nearby. We would probably stay there again.

Check in process was very easy. Bed was very comfortable. Listing was very clean.

The thermostat was locked at 75 degrees which was too warm especially for sleeping. The neighborhood was not accurately represented by the one photo of the home. When we arrived there was a coyote in an adjacent home. Only one additional roll of toilet paper was provided so it was necessary to buy more. The property was definitely not luxury as the listing described.
