This property is amazing. We just stayed for a month and had the best time. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the North Islamorada/Tavernier area. The canal is right off Tavernier Creek, so getting out to the Atlantic (turn right at the end of the canal) takes about 3 minutes, and getting the Bay (turn left at the end of the canal) takes about 10 minutes going through Tavernier Creek. Fuel is available at Tavernier Creek Marina, about 3 minutes from your dock. You can walk to 3 amazing restaurants and one food truck within couple of blocks of the house. The house itself is large, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a full apartment downstairs. The house is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are multiple sets of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, and more towels than you could possibly use in one trip. We never had to run to the store to buy something that was missing. If you like to fish, there is a bait freezer and an ice maker in the shed, plus a fish cleaning station. We were also able to use the boat lift, which is a huge bonus. The outside of the house is great, too, with plenty of outdoor seating, a bar with a TV under the tikki hut, a very comfortable pool and a hot tub. Even in June we were able to use the hot tub on a few of the "cooler" nights. There is also an outdoor pool table/ping pong table for keeping the teenagers entertained.

We stayed for a month and absolutely loved every bit of the experience. We enjoyed relaxing, diving, fishing, and exploring. The accommodations and location couldn't be any better! We were easily able to access the Gulf, Atlantic, fuel, and our favorite dive shop without ever stepping foot in a car! It was the perfect house for us! Plenty of places close by to get great food and even groceries. Spent windy days enjoying the pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut. Everything worked as advertised in the house and ran into zero issues. We will definitely stay there again.
