Marty is an excellent, super-responsive host and shared a lot of recs, including some events that ended up being the highlights of our trip. The property was easily accessible, clean, and an excellent location for exploring Anchorage. I would stay here again in future visits.

The location was nice. Close to many things. Marty gave us local tips on what to do.

Historic house. Marty communicated with me before and during our stay. The location was close to things we could walk to. Very quiet area with lots of flowers to view. Had a great stay.

Marty has a beautiful property. Its lush gardens are cool and inviting. The unit is on the lower level so it was cooler as well. Short walking distance to great trails, restaurants, a bakery, and a grocery store. It is a good location with easy access to anywhere in the city.
