Overall beautiful place.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except no working TVs. The day we arrived we called and the guy came and said that the remote was bad and he would bring a new one and that the owner of the house didn't pay the dish bill so we didn't have any tv to watch, with two toddlers that was frustrating! He said he would get it straighten out and be back. He never returned. During check out I asked if we would receive a discount considering how much we paid per night to stay there and the lady said she would ask and get back to me. I still haven't heard back. The customer service really does need to improve. We also didn't have trash pick up until the day before we left! Trash is supposed to be picked up DAILY.
