Staying at this property was such a treat. First of all, Louisa was responsive, friendly and helpful. I felt like I had a friend in the area! She even checked on us when there was a power disruption. The property was lovely and comfortable, and the thoughtful basket that was left for us with items we may need was so thoughtful. I hope to be able to stay here again!

Louisa is a wonderful host. She had everything well prepared for our stay. She also checked in to see if we needed anything! She leaves a whole basket of items to help make our stay more pleasant.

Fantastic experience! Our hostess was awesome--she went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and share her knowledge of the area:) The townhome was very comfortable for the two of us and when our family of four visited us--plenty of room. Terrific accommodations with necessities shared with us and very clean. Wonderful location close to the beach and near so many fun activities and dinning experiences. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked it again!

We loved our 2 month stay in New Smyrna Beach. This property is tastefully decorated and very bright and welcoming. The kitchen contains a nice assortment of cookware, storage containers and china. There were extra bed linens and plenty of towels with plenty of pillows but it would have been nice to have a few softer ones. There is a private patio with a grill, propane heater and lots of extras. The one drawback was the YouTube TV. It’s difficult to local or live tv. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay and would definitely rent this property in the future.
