Second time staying and had a great time. All of my guests (6 friends and family) caught fish at the ponds and said they'd love to come back. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

The cabin was super cozy and clean, with plenty of room for us and the dogs, and lots of land to explore. The trails were marked whic which was perfect for us to take a little hike. The kitchen was well stocked with the supplies we needed to cook. We enjoyed the TVs downstairs to watch the Cavs and Kentucky Derby while playing ping pong. Would absolutely go back!

The Five Star Rating is for our host. It’s when things don’t go as planned, that good customer service is important. We had booked Frog Water for a family get-together with relatives traveling from several different places to gather for the holiday. When we arrived, we saw a heating service truck out front. After speaking with the service man, he informed us the heat could not be restored until after the weekend. So yes, we were disappointed, and we had to make last-minute arrangements. Sometimes things happen and it is no one’s fault. Jason, the Host, was very apologetic and refunded every cent of our fee including the VRBO fee. Further, he gave us a discount toward another booking. I don’t think anyone could ask for more. While I was inside speaking with the heating servicemen I took a quick tour. The home is just beautiful, well appointed and spotless! It would have been perfect for our family and grandchildren. So we have already booked for next year.
