This awesome property is a major reason our recent vacation to Colorado was fantastic. It's hard to capture in words just how enjoyable eating breakfast on the deck each morning was...the view, the sound of the water flowing in the creek and the rustling of the leaves on the quaking aspen from the gentle breeze, the wildlife...If you want to get away from it all, this is your place. However, you are not without the major conveniences. The home is very well equipped...kitchen, games, DVDs, pillows, 3 bathrooms, fans, etc. We thought the Wi-Fi was actually pretty good. We streamed 1 movie there and had no glitches. The upper floor primary suite was sweet...large, tons of light, and private. Our teenage boys spent hours fishing in the stream and exploring in BLM lands behind the property. Truly a gem!

Absolutely beautiful Stay beautiful location beautiful home and just the kind of stay we needed with our kiddos wish we had rented for longer my husband and I have our own business and work a lot so this was just the retreat we needed with our children lived the games the record player the creek all of it 100 stars!!

Great house in secluded neighborhood and great for kids. Plenty of outdoor activities within 1 hour, could not have asked for a better place.

I loved this place and Jenn + Brent were super nice and helpful with everything. My only complaint was that this place showed up on my search when I filtered by places that have a hot tub. It does not have a hot tub, but everything else about the place was great. There is an occasional bug, but you're out in the mountains so that should be expected. The property is beautiful and we loved sitting on the deck with coffee.
