We had the best time at flip flop in. I’ve always wanted to rent a place on Rainbow River and this was the perfect place to enjoy nature with friends and family. Will definitely stay again. Large living space, plenty of extras (chairs, life jackets, floats, bed, sheets) and a stunningly beautiful location right on rainbow between KP hole & the head spring. Thanks for everything.

Fantastic location, even better hosts

Host was very nice and responsive in communications. Great location on the river Right in between the state park and KP hole. House was as expected - it is a bit older. The grass wasn’t cut which would have made the stay a bit nicer for the kids to be in the yard more. Overall would stay again.

Beautiful property in a great location for canoeing and kayaking to head springs. We enjoyed snorkeling and floating down the river to the house from the spring. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and there was no covered area facing the river where you could enjoy the outside when it rained. I thought from the pictures there was a covered porch. The bugs in the kitchen were annoying but we tried to focus on the beauty of the location, the great firepit and how quiet it was.
